This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
